Wild Flowers
Wild Flowers is a rectangular wrap worked in the round from the bottom up. It is finished by steeking the shawl open and using the steek stitches to form a fringe at the sides. Katya Gorbacheva was inspired by a field filled with wildflowers. She wanted to get a very authentic picture of the rye spikes and flowers using bubbles, twisted stitches and easy cables. Wild Flowers fits beautifully over your shoulders and drapes in a way which is pleasing to the eye.
