How do I become a member?
To become a THRILL SEEKER - complete and return the Application and make an initial qualifying purchase.
To become an EAGER WEAVER - complete and return the Application and make a qualifying purchase or take a qualifying class

Will the information I give you ever be shared without my permission?
In a word - NO.  The information you give us is never shared and is always kept completely private.

Can I join both?
Absolutely.  However all of your purchases will be combined to determine the gift certificates you receive.


Do you charge for Handling in addition to the actual shipping costs of my order?
No.  There is never a handling charge.

How will my order be shipped?
All orders are shipped by the most efficient method - FedEx, UPS or USPS Priority Mail.

When will my order be shipped?
All orders are shipped the day they are received, if possible, or the the next business day at the latest.

How are domestic shipping charges calculated?
Except for furniture and other very heavy items, domestic shipping charges are based on the total amount of your order before taxes.  If the total is less than $150 shipping is a flat rate of $10.99 on most orders.  If the total is $150 or more shipping is free on most orders.  For very heavy items there may be an additional charge.  We will advise you of the actual charge before we ship so you can decide if you still want to buy the product.  Customer is responsible for shipping on returned items.

How are international shipping charges calculated?
International shipping charges are based on the actual cost to us.  We can ship either the fastest or least expensive method available or by any method you choose.  We never add any handling fees.  Customer is responsible for shipping of returned items.  Please contact us for rates.

Are there additional shipping charges for looms, furniture or very heavy items?
There may be an additional charge if you have ordered a loom, furniture or a very heavy item.  If we believe an additional charge is appropriate we will contact you and advise you of the additional charge before we ship your order so you can determine if you want to cancel or complete your order.

We will open other hours by special appointment. 


If my order is defective when it arrives who pays for the return shipping?
We do. If anything you order is defective or not as described we pay for all return shipping costs.


If you don't have sufficient stock of a yarn I want will you special order it for me?
We are happy to attempt to track down any yarn you are interested in and will special order it if we find it.  However, all special orders must be prepaid.
