- We will not accept any returns without original receipt.
- We will not accept returns of any merchandise that has pet, tobacco or other odors.
- All sales of books, magazines, garments, notions, needles, bags, assembled looms, knitting machines, special orders, Trunk Show Merchandise, wound yarn and SALE MERCHANDISE are FINAL.
- We will issue a STORE CREDIT for the original purchase price for any merchandise returned within 60 days of purchase provided the merchandise is in its original condition with original packaging and an original receipt. Customer is responsible for shipping on return items.
