You don't have to wait for warm weather to brighten a bath with flowers.
The Bathtime Blossoms washcloths and matching soap sacks feature garter stitch lace blossoms that look great all year.
The round washcloths are worked back and forth in short row wedges. The soap sacks are knit flat and seamed.
Yarn Requirements: Approximately 195 yards (178m) for each set.
Needles: US size 3 (3.25mm) knitting needles, or size to obtain gauge; tapestry needle to sew seams.
The Bathtime Beauties have a simple lace pattern. The soap sacks are knit in the round and hug soaps of various sizes. They can be tied with a twisted cord or satin ribbon.
Yarn Requirements: Approx 125 yards (114m) of fingering weight cotton for each set.
Needles: US size 4 (3.5mm) for all pieces.
Ribbon Lace and Leaf Lace washcloths use straight needles.
Old Shale washcloth requires a set of double pointed needles and a 16" circular needle.
Soap Sacks require double pointed needles or use a 32" or 40" circular and the Magic Loop method.
