The Great American Kid"s Afghan

The Great American Kid's Afghan is a series of afghan squares from the pages of past issues of Knitter's Magazine (issues56-59).  The squares are designed by North American knitters for their children and grandchildren.  This fun and portable project offers a wide variety of knitting and embellishment techniques that are clearly described and illustrated.  Beginning and experienced knitters alike will find these afghan squares interesting to make - great for honing your skills.  Even if you only know how to knit and purl you will be guided through the process!
