SHEEP THRILLS always maintains a huge selection of standard, basic yarns but our passion is hard-to-find yarn from small batch indie dyers and we are on constant lookout for exciting new yarns that have never been seen in south Florida.  We started with The Fiber Seed, Interlacements, Hedgehog Fibres, and Anzulla and have since added Three Irish Girls, Black Cat Fibers, Cut Throat Yarns and Hanalei Hand-Dyed to name a few.

* GUIDELINES ONLY: The above reflects the most commonly used gauges and needle or hook sizes for specific yarn categories.

** Lace weight yarns are usually knitted or crocheted on larger needles and hooks to create lacy, openwork patterns. Accordingly, a gauge range is difficult to determine. Always follow the gauge stated in your pattern.

*** Steel crochet hooks are sized differently from regular hooks—the higher the number, the smaller the hook, which is the reverse of regular hook sizing
